Every quarter you receive: three hand-swatched ink cards, a letter from Scribe Livvi set in a type cut in 1648, three calendar cards, a Latin quote card, a print from the archive, a decorative sticker and a locked letter containing six journal prompts. Everything is wrapped in clear vellum, bound with string, and sealed in wax, custom stamped.
USD $22 is charged to your card every three months at checkout. Each quarter a new dispatch is prepared with its own theme, inks, and story. You will receive an email when each new dispatch is being prepared and again when it ships.
Each quarter has a fixed ship date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email on that date. You can refer to the timetable for the schedule.
Orders for each quarter close approximately two weeks before the ship date. Orders placed after the cutoff automatically roll into the following quarter. You can refer to the timetable for the schedule.
Surface mail is included in the price, estimated delivery 4–8 weeks from Singapore. Airmail is available for +USD $4, estimated delivery 1–2 weeks. Both options are available at checkout.
Yes. You may pause at any time via your account. Paused quarters are available as Recovered Dispatches at USD $25 if you wish to catch up.
We will replace a lost dispatch once per subscriber, no questions asked. Please contact us with your order details and we will arrange a replacement in the following quarter's mail run. We are unable to offer refunds for lost mail.
Email us before the cutoff date for your current quarter and we will update your address before the dispatch goes out. Address changes cannot be made after the cutoff date.
Recovered Dispatches are past quarters made available at USD $25. A one-off purchase, not a subscription. They are identical to what original subscribers received, including calendar cards for the months covered. Stock is limited to the original print run.
Yes, absolutely! Visit the Gift a Dispatch page. Gift orders are one-off purchases at USD $22, this is not a recurring payment. You can include a handwritten note of up to 30 words, written on a specially issued postcard and sealed inside the parcel. Scribe Livvi will write your message by her own hand!
